In addition to his role as Acting CEO, Samer has served as deputy CEO, the Chief Development Officer and Head of Technical Affairs. In these capacities, he showcased his strong strategic planning skills, overseeing the implementation of development projects with a value of over 1.8 Bn SAR as w ell as ensuring their seamless execution. His expertise in technical affairs allowed him to provide innovative solutions and drive efficiency across various initiatives. Samer has also worked for the government sector where he recently worked with RCMC to develop the Holy Land Master Plan, the Makkah Master Plan Strategy and the Architectural Identity of the City of Makkah. Prior to that, he worked for Jeddah City and Riyadh City, holding positions related to management and master planning development. Additionally, Samer worked for semi-governmental JUDRC Corporations, where as Vice President was charge of Investments and managed several projects. Samer has also worked with different ministries as a consultant and project manager such as the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of the Interior, Rural Affairs and Housing, and the Ministry of Economy and Planning. In these positions, he worked directly with ministers and senior leaders to develop and improve projects and policies across the kingdom. Building on his local experience, he has also worked on various foreign projects in QAE, Singapore and Australia, where he accumulated international knowledge and experience in development and management. project management. Recognized for his industry knowledge and influence, Samer has also held the position of Vice President of the Real Estate Committee at the Chamber of Commerce. In this role, he actively contributed to the formulation of policies and the advancement of the real estate sector. His expertise and leadership played a crucial role in driving growth, fostering collaboration, and creating a favorable business environment.
